Resource Database, GIS and Research Analysis

The computer based information systems will be expanded to include two new categories of operational support: Informal Provider Credentialing process and Research Analyst. FRACO will take resource identification and development one step further through the utilization of a Geographical Identification System and research analysis. This asset mapping process allows FRACO to use Care Manager and County Services Data to track where CYFN families are located geographically, what there resource needs are, and what community based resource supports are available in that region, thus, identifying service system and community resource gaps.

By identifying and acknowledging these changing demographic patterns and resource gaps, CYFN can mobilize the assets of the community to meet resource needs. This will give CYFN families long term stability and reducing the risk of recidivism to old patterns of behavior caused by problem community conditions.

Due to the demand for access to our resource database, we may need to issue passwords. Families and network members seeking access, please e-mail our Community Relations Coordinator, Clark Kiser.
