Children, Youth and Family Network’s mission is to build a system of care for youth and families with complex social, physical and emotional needs that will help families and their special needs children fully engage as healthy, active members of their communities. To do this, CYFN seeks individuals and organizations interested in sponsoring key events, activities or special projects that provide opportunities for families and their children to learn, grow and develop as individuals, as a family and community members.

As a partner of the San Diego County Children’s Mental Health Services Initiative, your contributions to the families and children that we serve in the initiative also contribute to larger System of Care Development that builds on family strength and community partnership.
