As an Individual Service Provider

CYFN helps families develop team plans that require support from a variety of different individuals and organizations. CYFN already contracts with a broad range of community organizations throughout San Diego County to meet the needs of families identified in their family teams through the family team planning process.

Current status: CYFN is accepting registrations of interest for the following services or programs:

• Child psychiatrists
• Clinical psychologists specializing in neuropsychological testing

If you meet an unmet need identified by family teams, a representative of the Provider Relations Department will contact you to further discuss the provider application process.
